Frequently asked questions
- What counts as an active workspace?
- An active workspace is any project handoff that has not been archived. Once you archive a workspace, it no longer counts against your active limit. Archived workspaces remain accessible as read-only records.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, your current billing cycle completes first.
- How are vaulted secrets counted?
- Each stored credential (API key, password, environment variable) counts as one secret. Secrets in archived workspaces do not count against your active plan limit.
- Is there a free trial?
- We offer a 14-day trial on the Studio plan. You will need a credit card to start the trial, and you can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your workspaces remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything as a ZIP bundle during that period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing saves 15% on Studio and Agency plans. Contact us for Enterprise annual pricing.
